Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautiful and spacious, overlooking the pool on the 4th floor, with a lovely balcony where I enjoyed bird watching under the orange tree. The scent of orange blossoms added to the charm. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, although it wasn't anything fancy. Overall, the rooms were much nicer than any I've stayed in before.
The hotel's location was fantastic, near downtown Tucson with many surrounding restaurants and shops. The rooms were a mix of experiences; some were nice, clean, and comfortable, while others had cleanliness issues and maintenance issues like a broken shower handle and leftover food in the fridge. The service was exceptionally outstanding but could improve by having all shifts knowledgeable about local details like airport timings. The dining experience was varied, ranging from far exceeding expectations to being haphazardly set up, although some found it to be the best part of their stay. Overall, a great location and friendly service but mixed room quality.
My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, offering a nice appearance. The service was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, but at times seemed overwhelmed due to events in town. The location was convenient, close to downtown Tucson and surrounded by various dining and shopping options. Dining was tasty and reasonably priced, although there were some challenges with staffing. The facilities were well-maintained, enhancing my overall stay.
